A warm welcome awaited us. The house is beautiful lots of unique features and wooden floors. The room was lovely a separate toilet from the shower was most welcome. The bedroom was warm and cosy with extra blanket if needed. Lots of lovely refreshments, tea, coffee, spring water.
The breakfast was really lovely, a delightful dining room, with lovely crockery and clean sparkling tea pots. A beautiful made for purpose mini marmalade pot stand was sitting in the table. The breakfast itself was delish, I had the full English. My husband had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. All was to our satisfaction.

My friend & I had 2 nights at Elloe Lodge - it was a delight! The hosts Michael & Luca were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate with very comfy beds and beautiful bed-linen, really crisp & fresh. Our breakfasts were very tasty, hot and plentiful and catered for us as vegetarians. Our hosts recommended a near-by pub for dinner - that too was excellent. Ample parking, impressive entrance hall and lovely dining room with quality cutlery and crockery. All round 5* accommodation. We really enjoyed it - thank you!!!

Superb BnB, very difficult to beat anywhere.

Excellent customer service from arrival to departure.
Splendid house with characterful furnishings and decoration all done with panach.
Very well equipped rooms leaving nothing to desire.
High quality breakfast beautifully presented.
Great location within easy walking distance of the lovely town and all it has to offer.
Hard to beat Michael and Luca's standards anywhere - very well done both.

The house is simply gorgeous, and the room was huge is very nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very yummy and varied. The hosts are so welcoming, and they really put attention into details to make everything perfect!

Ticked all of the boxes by a mile.

Beautiful accommodation and the most beautifully cooked and served breakfast. Just stayed for one night in order to attend a wedding close by.
What's not to like?
Free parking.
Free WiFi.
Beautiful, roomy accommodation.
Perfect breakfasts.
Fine hosts.

We stayed two nights in Room 1 . The hosts were so friendly and kind, taking the time to remember our names - a lovely touch. Our room was lovely - clean, comfortable and had everything we could want. For the price, we didn’t expect all the little extras. The bed was amazingly comfy. We were given a list of breakfast choices and asked what time we’d like to eat. We both had the full English which was made with local produce. Everything was perfect and very hot. There was absolutely nothing to complain about and we will 100% return and also recommend. Thank you for making us so welcome and please say hello to your mum.

Went with friends for a night. Had the most amazing stay. All rooms were fully equipped and personal touches made our stay
100%. Luxury accommodation. Attention to detail made it feel like a 5* hotel. Intimate, friendly. Superb breakfast cooked to perfection. Would not hesitate to go back again.

Couple weekend away visiting family

Travelled to Holbeach to visit family found this B&B on booking.com perfect location stayed for 3 nights. Warm welcome by Michael and Luca lovely house spotlessly clean. Bedroom was lovely bed was very comfy. Breakfast was lovely you pre order night before. Poached eggs were lovely then full English on our last morning was great set us up for the drive home. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you David & Sharon

Stayed one night stop over, very nice welcome,
The room spacious and comfortable even in the hot weather, comfortable clean bed.
Ample breakfast plenty of choice, and well cooked and presented.
A very pleasant stay, parking facilities would certainly stay again

Elloe Lodge is a truly great B&B. Michael & Luca are great hosts. The place is spotless. Our room was absolutely lovely. The breakfast was truly scrumpy. Great parking and locatiion. We will DEFINITELY be returning.

Charming place in a convenient location. Spotlessly clean. Wonderfully comfortable bed with quality bedding and linen. The full English breakfast was exceptional and the hosts Michael & Luca were brilliant ! Nothing was too much trouble. They were attentive and helpful without being intrusive.

Lovely house not far from the centre of holbeach, cracking breakfast and really comfy bed. Hosts were amazing and are happy to help with anything. Will definitely be staying again.
Various options for breakfast including full english, eggs on toast, salmon and more.

Comfortable clean excellent experience

Such a comfortable bed and the pillows were perfect very clean and comfortable room. The linen felt and smelt so clean and fresh. Made for a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast was perfect in the morning . Thank you so much for making my stay so pleasant.

We recently stayed at Elloe Lodge while visiting friends.
It is a beautiful country house with character and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The entire place is very clean and tidy and the service second to none.
We definitely recommend it and we will definitely go back again :)

We received a very friendly welcome and had a lovely large room at the back with windows overlooking the beautiful garden. The bed was softer than we are used to but it was very comfortable all the same. The shower was excellent. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also a small fridge. Breakfast was freshly cooked for us and of very good quality. The hosts were very warm and friendly. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it.
When we left we were given directions for how to get to Moulton Marsh which was very helpful. Our car had a problem and the host provided a rug to kneel on so that we could sort out the front light.
