Elloe Lodge Website Booking Terms and Conditions

By making a booking through our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Rates And Bookings

All room rates are shown in GBP and include breakfast.
Room rates may change at any time, but any change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed.
All bookings are subject to availability.
A valid debit or credit card is required to secure a booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary.

No deposit or prepayment is required when booking through our website.
Payment for your stay is due on check-out.
We accept the following payment methods: cash (GBP only); Visa; Mastercard; Maestro; American Express; Discover; Diners Club; Union Pay; Google Pay; Apple Pay

3. Cancellations, Changes And No-Shows

For bookings made through our website, you may cancel at any time before arrival without penalty.
If you wish to cancel or change your booking, please contact us by email at mndvasey@gmail.com or by telephone on +44 (0)7860 214489.
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not cancelled your booking in advance, this will be treated as a no-show and the full booking amount will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
Changes to bookings can be requested at any time and are subject to availability and any difference in room rates.
Bookings made through third-party websites or online travel agents are subject to the cancellation and payment terms of the provider you booked through.

Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm.
Check-out is by 10.30am.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability. Please let us know as early as possible if you would like to request this.

Elloe Lodge is a non-smoking property.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
If anyone smokes inside the house or in a bedroom, a £100 deep cleaning charge will apply.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website and making a booking, you agree to the way we collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, belongs to Elloe Lodge or is used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce or use website content without our prior written permission.
